Broke my old glasses on Tuesday, local well-known chain optician advised best they could do was a week for a new pair. Ordered a pair from Specscart on Tuesday evening on the website. Called on Wednesday explaining urgent requirement for the replacements (driving holiday). Order pushed through the lab, despatched and glasses arrived Thursday afternoon. First class.

"Very impressed with reglazing"

Had a new prescription for my glasses - I really like the old frame I have so sent it off to get reglazed. Process was simple and kept informed along the way. Very happy with what I received back, saving a couple of hundred pounds in the process.
I was so impressed I then sent off an old pair of designer sunglasses to get done - have just received those back and just as pleased

Amazing service from Specsart, would only ever use them for my glasses; fabulous frame choices, fast delivery and great customer service. Cannot praise this company highly enough and makes a change to get to speak to a very helpful person if you ring up due to a query. When I called to ask if my glasses could be dispatched to arrive the following day, due to us going away, a super guy called Johnathan marked them urgent and they arrived the next day! Outstanding service from start to finish. They do exactly what they say they will. Excellent frames too, robust with good build quality. I have been so impressed I now bought two frames both different in style and varifocal too. They look and work a treat. I have also saved around £300 compared to the prices being charged by Specsavers! Well done Specscart!

"User-Friendly Interface"

I had my eyes tested by "Spec *Not* Savers" on the high street, who managed to mess up the prescription, not that I knew that until Ansh at Specscart made me aware.
He immediately put my order on hold, new prescription (eventually) from *Not* above, sent to Ansh Monday...and by Wednesday I had my new glasses.... delivered to the Highlands, I bet if I were down south they would have been with me Tuesday.
To make the comparison, my wife had her eye test same time, ordered her glasses from *Not* above, she has to wait until 28th March, 2 weeks before she can have them... and at that £60 more than I paid....
Theres a good reason why these guys have great reviews, they are astonishing, fantastic customer service, great range, good value....it's like Spectacle Heaven
Well done Specscart, thats me as a lifelong customer.

"Wow! Super fast delivery"

Wow! I ordered online in just a few easy steps and entered my prescription. Had full updates all the way of what was happening with my sunglasses. Then to my shock they are deliverd one day after ordering to my doorstep. Im so impressed. Im now gutted i paid for glasses at Boots that where twice the price and a 2 week wait. The selection is fantastic. I will be a returning customer and have already recomended to friends

"Fantastic experience"

Fantastic experience recently buying two pairs of glasses each for me and my partner. Easy to book and get an eye test, and there was a great selection of frames to choose from - plus the price was really good compared to some of the other high street stores. "First ever varifocals"

I ordered varifocals for the first time. I had never used Specscart before and was dubious about purchasing my first varifocals online however the experience has been excellent. The ordering process was straightforward, pricing was simple with no hidden costs. I sent off my frames and received my completed glassed back quickly. I have had no issues whatsoever adjusting to varifocals. I've experienced no fishbowl or blind spots. I only wish I had done it sooner! Its so refreshing to find a company with such an excellent product and great customer service. I will not hesitate to use Specscart again and will definitely recommend them to friends.
