To place a home trial order, select the frames you want to try and click the "Try at Home" button on the product page. Add them to your home trial cart and complete the checkout process.

You can select up to four frames for your home trial. If you want to try more, you can return the current trial and order new frames.

Yes, you can order a home trial with just one or two frames, but you may select a maximum of four frames in total.

Currently, our home trial service, is only available within the UK.

Log into your Specscart account and navigate to the "Home Trial" section to view your order status and tracking information.

Simply login to your account, click on the profile icon.

Navigate to the "My Home Trial" section.

Here you can click on the ‘Track Order” CTA or tack the order status on the bottom dropdown option.

The home trial service is free of charge, but you must return the frames within the specified trial period.

You have seven days to try on the glasses before returning them.

If you decide to keep the glasses, simply follow the prompts on the home trial sheet to place an order for the frames.

If you do not return the glasses within the trial period, you may be charged for the frames over the card saved to your account. Please ensure they are returned on time.
