For UK shipments, we use Royal Mail's tracked 24 service, which aims to deliver the glasses in 24 hours. However, there may be delays due to weekends or bank holidays. For international shipments, delivery times typically range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and any customs processing times.

Home trials typically arrive within 2-3 business days after the order is placed, depending on your location.

My home trial order shows as cancelled; what should I do?
If your home trial order is cancelled, it could be due to our policy of allowing only one home trial per address. Check if you already have an active home trial. If so, you can return it and place a new order.
