From students starting a new eyewear store last year with a vision to change the way eyewear is sold and perceived - the team Specscart has faced its challenges with winning Walkden communities’ trust and 100% customer satisfaction. And now they are ready to launch the new service - eye test!
Last year when the store was opened, it was new to the business & community for differentiating eyewear store from the traditional opticians. Specscart tried to set up its store as boutique eyewear shop that focuses primarily on eyewear and did not start eye tests. Slowly and gradually the store picked up a lot of attention due to its unique concept and the availability of more than a thousand designs of glasses and sunglasses. However, without eye test service, it did become a challenge to make more people familiar with the business’ new concept. Also, the team learnt that for some it’s not the easiest and the most convenient solution for the customers getting eye test from other opticians before purchasing eyewear from them.
Thus, Specscart decided to start eye tests with a vision to develop the most advanced testing lab with the latest equipments. Their winning of venture further award 2018 in the business category also did the big help in investing the testing lab.
Finally fast forward to November - Specscart is launching their own Eye Tests in-store in Walkden Town Centre. Meanwhile, The business will keep up its customer-centric service and strive more efforts to make the true revolution to the industry.
