Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We offer a no-questions-asked return policy. If you’re not completely happy, you can return your glasses within 30 days and get a full refund. For varifocal glasses, we give you 60 days because we know they might take a little longer to get used to.
To request a return or exchange, simply contact us by email at support@specscart.co.uk or phone us on +44 (0) 1613125767. Please provide your order number when reaching out. For orders that qualify for returns, we will generate a free returns label for UK customers and we will advise you on further returns steps. Please note that we do not cover returns postage for international orders (orders outside the UK).
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Exchanges must be made with a product of equal or higher value; refunds cannot be given for the price difference if exchanged for a lower-priced item.
- To process a higher value exchange, the difference amount must be paid from the original order value.
- Carefully seal returned items to ensure they arrive in good condition; scratched, bent, twisted, or visibly worn glasses will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Obtain proof of postage when returning items; the company is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
- To be eligible for a full refund, make sure to return all of the accessories as well as the glasses. If any of the provided items are not returned, the value of those items will be deducted from the refunded amount as per the original product value.
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30-days of purchase (60-days for varifocals) and received back within 10 working days of the return label being issued.
- Only one exchange is permitted within the 30-days (or 60-days for varifocal orders) purchase period, with return postage covered for the first exchange only.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, with no offline or alternative refund methods being used.
- Partial cancellations or refunds of orders do not qualify for any offer or promotion applied to the order, and the refund amount is adjusted to reflect the original product value.
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 to 15 working days after we receive the returned items.
- It may take 7-10 working days for the amount to be reflected back into your payment source as different banks have different processing times.
- Upon successful returns receipt, you will receive an email confirmation from us.
- For international orders, you have 30 days (or 60 days for varifocals) to return your glasses. Please note that returns postage costs for orders outside the UK are not covered by us. Free returns covering the postage cost for return or exchange would not be applicable for international orders and it would need to be borne by the customer.

How long do I have to return the glasses?
Returns requests will only be accepted when your order is under the 30 days (or 60-day period for varifocals) from the day your glasses were despatched to you. Once your returns request is authorised, we request the full order (including the extra goodies of accessories) to be returned to us within 10 working days of returns approval for your order to be qualified for a full refund.
How long will the return process take? How do I know you‘ve received the glasses?
Refunds are typically processed within 10 to 15 working days. When we receive the frames, you will receive an email from us confirming that your glasses have been returned successfully.
What info do I need to provide if I want to return an item?
To return your frames, you will need the order number which has to be provided once you contact our team. This can be found in your My account, the delivery invoice, or the order confirmation email.
