Chase Holloway thinks “we’re allergic to making money”.
The prophet of profit margin is set to rescue us from our "People’s Champion" madness but ends up getting a reality check: we’re never giving away this precious status.
While Chase spends the day critiquing our free anti-UV, anti-glare lenses and 24-hour dispatch, one thing clarifies: what the traditional eyewear world sees as a lost margin, we see as the only way to treat our customers.
Chase is convinced our business model needs a rescue. But considering we are the fastest growing eyewear brand in the UK, I’m sure we’re doing something right.
