Exceptional.
I managed to break my last pair of glasses, and needed a new pair before going away on a trip. My lovely wife googled 'next day glasses' and Specscart came up. We booked an appointment for Sunday the 17th December.
When we arrived I explained the problem and whether it would be possible to get a new pair of glasses before Christmas. My expectations were managed perfectly, and while they would do everything they could, it would depend on numerous factors.
The eye test followed and in all my years of having my eyes tested, this was the most informative experience I've had. I learned more about my eyes' conditions in that 20 minutes than in the last 20 years.

I recently had a free eye test at the Bury store, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming.
The optician conducting the test was very professional, explaining every step of the process and took his time. It's rare to find such personalised and professional service on the high street these days.
I was not pushed to purchase and had options to me so I could make a decision in my own time.
I highly recommend this Specscart for your glasses and eye tests.

Just to say thank you to the lovely Gemma and her staff Emma and Lee, for the warm and friendly welcome they give to us on shopping at Specscart in Bury. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always ready to help. It's always a pleasure to either have an eye test or chose new glasses. I highly recommend them for their super efficient service and excellent quality glasses.
This was my first visit to Specscart
This was my first visit to Specscart, although my husband is a regular customer. I had a query about the cost of some lenses and phoned to ask. Lee couldn’t be more helpful and informative. When I visited the shop to follow up my call, again the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff there was impressive. I will certainly return when I am next due for an eye test and new spectacles.
