"Excellent experience and company!"

Had a couple of free home trials which were hassle free and easy to return. I purchased two new pairs of glasses and due having a strong prescription I was kept well informed of the best type of lens for my needs which I wouldn't have known about or considered. A really simple online ordering process and even with my lenses having to be made to order, they glasses arrived within the 7-10 day period I was given. Cannot fault anything at all. I would definitely recommend and have already told my daughter to try Specscart as an alternative to the online company she usually uses.

"I was needing a pair of glasses quickly..."

I was needing a pair of glasses quickly before I left the country. I found these guys on the web and saw they did guarantee next day. Submitted my prescription and they immediately came back and said 7-10 days… however! They said if you change the type of lens type from ultra lite to lite (or something like that) we can refund you partly and get your glasses the next day. I accepted the glasses arrived next day, which have been perfect, will be going back for more. Well done, thank you..!

"The customer service is brilliant"

The customer service is brilliant. To be honest, Boots(!) suggested these guys as they couldn't fix my glasses unless they sent them away for 3 weeks. Replacement frames £97, or new full set just under £600...14 working day turnround. 😊 But Speccart fixed them on site in a few minutes...and didn't charge me!!! They'd used some spare parts they had knocking about. They're as good as new! They have a lab on site. I noticed the really funky frames for sale - I never realised we had a somewhere like this in Bury. They have two new customers - me and my other half who is also chuffed to bits with a repair they did on his frames. Their whole attitude was helpful, friendly and proactive. Really lovely staff. Give them your custom - sorry, Boots, but you lost me today to another optician. I'd actually pay extra just for this kind of service and product. Well done Specscart! 🙌 🙌 🙌

I am more than happy with my specs from specsart. The quality is good. They shipped the item fast and they give you some freebies as well. I hope in the near future, you can give customers the chance to have a virtual try on with the specs because the other specs that I bought (I bought 2) is too small for my face size. But overall, good experience. Satisfied customer.

Absolutely Fantastic! I couldn't be more impressed with this company. I needed glasses very quickly; ordered on a bank holiday Monday and arrived before 10am on the Wednesday - amazing!
