My lovely new glasses.

I am very pleased with my glasses. The whole process was so easy that even I could order the glasses with very few IT skills. They arrived in 36 hours. The frames are lovely, Glasses perfect. Lovely packaging. Price good and paying with Klarna made them affordable with no stress. Will definitely use again. My only query would be the distance between pupils. I went for the middle number as I couldn’t find it on the prescription. They are fine.

Great range of glasses frames and a quick service for trying on the frames. Glasses arrived within about 30 hours as I told Specsave I had no other reading glasses to use! Very grateful. Blue coating to reduce blue light was only £20, it was £40 in a local private opticians in London. However it seems that Specscart does not take NHS Optical Vouchers which would be handy for those of us on low incomes with disabilities, or pensioners. So the second pair of reading glasses I bought to keep in my handbag had to be bought elsewhere, to use the NHS Voucher. Other than that the whole experience with Specscart was very prompt and enjoyable too,

I'm astonished at just how great the service was from Specscart. Glasses made and delivered in less than one week. Free Royal Mail tracked postage. Excellent frames - most comfortable I've had. The website ordering process is very easy and there are plenty of choices for lenses and coatings. First class service once again - they remember you!

My wife accidentally broke her glasses on Saturday afternoon and needed a new frame quickly - she wanted the exact same frame she'd bought from Specscart three years ago and although we didn't think they'd still stock it, the always cheerful and helpful Emma checked the original order, found one in stock and were able to send it out on the next posting day (Monday) - it arrived this morning (Tuesday). Now that's great service in my book - service made even more remarkable by the fact that Emma remembered us from three years ago. Wow! We'll be back of course, customer service like that is hard to find. Thanks again!

Extremely fast and efficient service

Extremely fast and efficient service. I ordered Sunday night and had my new glasses by Wednesday!! I received lens cleaning solution, a microfibre cloth, glasses case and a tiny screwdriver to adjust my glasses if needed. They also sent me an email explaining in detail the correct way to adjust the fit if need be. All this for £29? I'm very very impressed I'm absolutely delighted with the quality and service Specscart provide and I Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I am so Impressed with the service, speed and value. The Glasses I ordered were a single type, just for distance. I received a email pointing this out and confirmed. The Specs arrived within 3 days of my order and they are great quality. I was so impressed that I have now ordered varifocals from them. I know they may take a little linger but I was so impressed with the first order I had no hesitation in making a second order. With Varifocals they are sending frames to determine how to build the lenses and galsses. So impressed.

"10/10 customer service & speedy delivery"

I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses on 5th Nov for my upcoming holiday with the option of providing my prescription later. I gave my prescription on 6th Nov and had my glasses by 8th Nov AM! Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong frames. After speaking with customer services (Kapil - who was amazing) they made sure to prioritise a re-order of the correct sunglasses so they arrived before my holiday. They arrived the very next day on 9th Nov. Very happy with the customer service and the speed. Thank you very much. Although the vision isn't perfect (I think this has more to do with the option of glazing I chose) they are a brill pair of sunglasses.

Ansh was so helpful and replied to my email quickly to ensure I had ordered correctly and my glasses were delivered the very next day!! I not only received a case and a cleaning cloth but a cleaning spray for my lenses.

"Altogether Flawless-I'll be back..."

I hate to gush, but I can't find even the slightest thing to moan about buying glasses from Specscart. After too many bad experiences of overpriced high street opticians I decided to buy online for the first time, and I was so impressed that I made the effort to come here to thank them and help spread the word.
I chose Specscart because they offer free home trials of their frames and not some unrealistic virtual palaver. They did exactly what they promised, and even more, they efficiently and charmingly help sort out my incompetence when ordering, and still managed to get my perfect, and much needed, new glasses delivered to me within a few days.
I'm so relieved to have found this comfortably easy and rapid process, and really happy to now wear much better quality glasses that cost me a fraction of what I used to pay, with a lot more time and trouble to myself going back and forth to the opticians.

2nd time using Specscart after a successful first purchase a few years ago. Decided to order a cheaper 2nd pair of glasses.
Ordered a home trial which arrived a day later. Already had a good idea of what I wanted so selecting was easy. Ordered my new glasses with my prescription the same day. Glasses arrived 3 days later! Super fast.
I also ordered a pair direct from my opticians on the same day as I ordered the trial from here. They still havnt arrived and I've been wearing my Specscart well over a week now.

"Incredibly fast delivery and gorgeous frames"

I needed a pair of glasses at very short notice, which was how I discovered Specscart. I chose a pair of frames on a whim, I saw them on someone’s Instagram post and hoped they’d suit me as much as they suited her. I admit to being unconvinced that they’d arrive on time but they arrived incredibly fast - ordered Tuesday evening and arrived Thursday morning! The glasses are amazing quality, the frames are beautiful and thankfully really suit me. I love the fact that they also came with a lovely case, cleaning cloth, a bottle of lens cleaner and even a key ring with a tiny screwdriver on for adjusting the arms. I will 100% be returning for my next pair.

"Excellent quality glasses at a fair price"

I’d been searching for the perfect glasses, I couldn’t find any decent ones at either Specsavers or Vision Express, plus they claimed it would nearly 2 weeks until any glasses ordered would be ready for delivery. I then found a pair at David Clulow but these were priced at £369 with basic lenses!!
I then found Specscart online, their website claimed they could dispatch within 24 hours of ordering and I found a pair priced at just under £40 including anti glare lenses. I decided to go ahead and order. They were true to their word, I received the glasses the next day after ordering, both the frame and lense quality were excellent. Unfortunately due to stock shortages i received a case that wasn’t to my liking but after contacting them, they confirmed the reason for this and stated they’d either send me a new one free of charge once the stock has arrived or check their store to see if any were available. I received the case the following day after the phone call.
Excellent service throughout, fair prices and no stupidly long waits like other brands. I’m very impressed and will definitely be using this brand in future over other brands.

"So impressed"

I'd scratched my old glasses quite significantly so was looking to get a replacement pair ASAP. I came across Specscart and ordered 4 frames to try from the comfort of my own home (arriving the next day). I think by only getting 4 frames to try in one go it removes the analysis paralysis I normally get from trying on 50 pairs of frames in an opticians. Luckily I really loved 2 of the trial frames, uploaded my prescription and my new glasses were with me the day after! So impressed with the speed of manufacture and delivery, especially as I don't have the easiest of prescriptions and I'm used to waiting a couple of weeks for new glasses. Icing on the cake was handing back my trial pack to the postman as he handed me the new box with my new glasses. New glasses in two days without even having to leave the house! Frames were very reasonably priced too. Definitely won't go back to buying glasses from Specsavers.

Great range of glasses on a well-designed website making choosing a simple matter. Offering prescription glasses with free postage for under £30 sounded frankly too good to be true BUT the glasses are great - just as good as the ones I paid £100 for elsewhere - and they're beautifully packaged (opening the box felt similar to getting a new iPhone) and they arrived quicker than expected.
Specscart are my new supplier of choice and I can't recommend them highly enough!

Specscart caught my eye because I spotted a great frame at a really good price. I need varifocals, and the efficiency of sending me a sample frame to check my pupillary distance measurement was very impressive, with a quick turnaround. My new glasses arrived within a week or so and are great - just right. They even arrived in a sturdy box along with a bottle of lens cleaner, a cloth, and a screwdriver for tightening any screws on the frame.
